Doing Business with Beacon Graphics
Standard Terms & Conditions
ORDERING: |
Our offices are open Monday through Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern Time. All first time orders will be sent Credit Card, PayPal, CASH or certified check. Future orders can ship "Company Check Acceptable" provided an approval of a company check application. FAX orders received 24 hours a day. Any Free Freight Promotions will apply only to supply orders and will be exclusive of heavy items such as equipment, ink jet media, and magnetic products. Such promotions will apply only to orders shipped UPS ground in continental USA and will be subject to a maximum weight limit of 50lbs. Orders in excess of 50lbs will be subject to standard freight charges. All promotions are subject to change without notice. Orders placed before 3PM Eastern Time where merchandise is in stock usually ship the same day. Most items not in stock are shipped within 3-5 business days. Any items out of stock will be back-ordered automatically (domestic orders only). For International Orders placed online, you will be e-mailed the amount of your additional shipping charges within 1 business day of your order. All merchandise is tax-exempt to qualified resellers, subject to our receipt of appropriate ST3/4 forms (See below). Beacon Graphics is not responsible for any duty, taxes or brokerage fees incurred by the Department of Trade or Customs. |
RETURNS: |
If we have made a mistake or an item is defective, call 1-800-762-9205 prompt 6 to arrange the return at our expense. You must have a RMA number (return material authorization) before sending any item back to us. When calling for an RMA# please furnish the packing slip, invoice number and date of original purchase. Returns not due to our error are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Books, videos, design software, graphics and clipart cannot be returned once the package has been opened. All Equipment including but not limited to Printers, Vinyl Cutters, and Heat Presses cannot be returned. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in "like new" condition, with all accessories, cables, manuals, and warranty cards, etc, included. We suggest using UPS or other traceable methods of insured shipping for your protection. Items purchased in quantities less than the quantity recommended for shipping (i.e. aluminum blanks, coroplast, sign frames, etc...) will not be accepted for return if damaged during shipment. You must inform us about defects, shortages, and exceptions within 5 days of receipt of order or the order is considered complete. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Original shipping and handling fees, as well as return shipping charges, are non-refundable. |
| RETENTION OF TITLE: | Title to all Equipment shall remain vested in Beacon Graphics and shall not pass to Customer until the purchase price for all Equipment has been paid in full and received by Beacon Graphics. Until title to all Equipment passes:

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and
American Express charge cards. Any unpaid
balances over 30 days will accrue a 1.5% service charge: 18% A.P.R. Accounts with Net Terms that wish to pay their balance by Credit Card are subject to a 3% processing fee. |
LIMITED LIABILITY: |
Except where otherwise specified, products sold by Beacon Graphics, LLC are sold in new condition as received from the manufacturer. Warranties, if any, covering products sold by Beacon Graphics, LLC vary among manufacturers. Inquiries regarding such manufacturers’ warranties should be directed to Beacon customer service. |
