Produce professional-quality decorated headwear with fewer creases, scorch marks, and application issues. The Hotronix® 360 IQ® Hat Heat Press uses patented Dual Silicone Platen™ technology to deliver even pressure across the curved surface of a cap while adapting to the thickness and shape of the applied graphic.

Independently controlled upper and lower heat helps activate adhesives from underneath, making the 360 IQ ideal for applying dimensional graphics, leather patches, emblems, heat transfers, and simulated 3D embroidery. Its elliptical platen provides access around the cap, allowing you to decorate the front, back, and sides of many popular hat styles without changing platens.

Three included foam cover pads accommodate graphics of different thicknesses and help maintain consistent pressure during application. The integrated Hotronix IQ® system provides digital time, temperature, and pressure readings, programmable job settings, and cloud-based production and operator tracking.
