The Vision VR48 is a large-format CNC router and engraver built for sign shops, production engravers, and fabricators that need an expansive cutting field with the power and precision to match. Available in two table configurations — Vacuum Table or T-Slot Table — so you can choose the hold-down system that fits your workflow and material mix.
Choose Your Table Type
Vacuum Table — The integrated vacuum hold-down locks flat stock firmly in place across the full cutting surface without clamps or fixtures. Ideal for sheet goods, flat panel routing, acrylic, and any application where you need maximum material yield and fast changeovers. No setup time spent positioning clamps — load the sheet and cut.
T-Slot Table — The T-slot surface accepts standard hold-down clamps, stops, and jigs for maximum flexibility. Best suited for thicker stock, irregular shapes, smaller workpieces, or applications where you need to reposition and secure material in custom configurations. A natural fit for shops that work with a wide variety of part sizes and setups.
Large-Format Production Performance
The VR48's oversized working envelope handles full-size sign panels, dimensional lettering blanks, acrylic sheets, aluminum composites, foam board, wood, and more. Heavy-duty frame construction and a precision motion system deliver repeatable results across long production runs, shift after shift.
