Keencut Excalibur 5000 Vertical Cutter

Keencut Excalibur 5000 is a vertical cutting system for picture framing and sheet material applications. It allows operators to quickly switch between cutting mountboard, glass, MDF, acrylic, foam-centered board, cardboard, PVC foamboard, and corrugated plastic while keeping every blade aligned to the same cut line.

The Excalibur 5000 is designed for fast setup, repeatable accuracy, and reduced waste. A pressure-sensitive clamp helps hold materials firmly while protecting delicate surfaces, and flip-in/flip-out measuring stops simplify one-off and production cutting. Permanently mounted tools allow quick changes between materials, while the counterbalanced cutting head and upright profile reduce fatigue during daily use.
