Hotronix® Dual Air Fusion ProPlace IQ®

The Hotronix® Dual Air Fusion ProPlace IQ® is a high-volume, 16" x 20" industrial heat press that integrates a patented projection alignment system with a dual-station pneumatic press. It is designed for maximum efficiency, allowing operators to prepare a garment on one station while the other is being pressed, effectively doubling production capacity.

The defining feature of this system is the ProPlace IQ® projection technology:

• Projection Alignment: Upload artwork to the Hotronix Cloud and the system projects the design directly onto the lower platen, ensuring perfect placement and reducing misprints.
• Wireless Integration: The projection system connects wirelessly to the heat press via the Fusion IQ Portal, where users can store and adjust projection images.
• Automatic Adjustment: The system recognizes different platen sizes and automatically adjusts the projection to scale for consistent accuracy. 

• Dual-Station Efficiency: Features two independent 16" x 20" workstations and an upper platen that shuttles back and forth automatically or via foot pedal.
• Auto Adjust Pressure™: Automatically senses and adjusts the pressure based on the thickness of the substrate, with up to four programmable pressure/time recipes.
• Full Threadability™: The cantilevered lower platens allow you to load garments once and rotate them to decorate any area without removing them from the press.
• IQ™ Touchscreen: A high-resolution controller for programming presets, viewing real-time diagnostics, and tracking production analytics like active/idle time and total impressions.
