Bring full-color apparel transfers into your own production workflow with the Mimaki TxF150 DTF Printer. Designed for direct-to-film printing, the TxF150 combines Mimaki’s PHT50 heat-transfer pigment inks with white-ink circulation and nozzle-monitoring technology to support consistent, reliable transfer production.
Create vibrant designs for light and dark garments, from custom T-shirts and team apparel to tote bags and promotional textiles. DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester and blended fabrics, with compatibility determined by your chosen film, powder and transfer settings. Unlike cut heat-transfer vinyl, the process requires no weeding, and there’s no screen-making or garment pretreatment step.
Built for reliable DTF production
- More consistent white-ink delivery: Mimaki Circulation Technology circulates white ink through the ink path, including the damper, to help reduce settling, unnecessary cleaning and ink waste.
- Automatic nozzle monitoring: The Nozzle Check Unit detects nozzle problems and triggers automatic cleaning to help reduce wasted film.
- Keep production moving: The Nozzle Recovery System can compensate for defective nozzles when cleaning cannot restore them, subject to the location and number of affected nozzles.
- Purpose-designed DTF inks: PHT50 water-based pigment inks deliver CMYK color plus white for heat-transfer applications. The manufacturer’s flyer identifies these inks as ECO PASSPORT certified.
- Control over the white layer: RasterLink tools let you adjust white-layer size and position to improve alignment with the color artwork.

Plan your complete DTF workflow
The TxF150 prints your artwork onto DTF film. The printed film is then coated with hot-melt powder, cured and heat-pressed onto the finished garment or textile.
