Build your apparel-transfer production around the Mimaki TxF300 Series. These professional direct-to-film printers combine a staggered, dual-printhead design with CMYK plus white pigment inks and Mimaki’s reliability technologies to produce detailed, vibrant transfers for light and dark fabrics.
From custom T-shirts and teamwear to tote bags and promotional textiles, the TxF300 Series lets you create full-color designs for cotton, polyester and mixed fabrics. Print your artwork onto DTF film, apply hot-melt powder, cure the transfer and heat-press it onto your finished item. Fabric suitability depends on the film, powder and transfer settings, so test your selected materials before production.

The TxF300-75 provides a maximum printing width of 31.50 inches (800 mm). The wider TxF300-1600 accommodates media up to 63.78 inches (1,620 mm), giving you room for larger layouts and expanded textile applications. Designed to keep jobs moving
- Dual-head production platform: Two staggered on-demand piezo printheads with variable-droplet technology support detailed color and white-ink printing.
- Stable white-ink delivery: Mimaki Circulation Technology Version 2 circulates white ink through the ink path, including the damper, to help reduce settling, frequent cleaning and ink waste.
- Automatic nozzle checks: The Nozzle Check Unit detects nozzle defects and initiates automatic cleaning to help reduce wasted material.
- Nozzle recovery support: The Nozzle Recovery System can compensate for defective nozzles when cleaning cannot restore them. Availability depends on the location and number of affected nozzles.
- Purpose-designed PHT50 inks: Water-based heat-transfer pigment inks provide cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white. The supplied brochure identifies PHT50 inks as ECO PASSPORT certified.
- Tools for personalized orders: RasterLink7 supports variable designs such as names and numbers, along with special-color plate generation for white-ink artwork.
- Remote visibility: Mimaki Remote Access lets you monitor printer status and ink usage and access supported controls from a smartphone or Windows-based PC.
