This product is software only. It does not include an engraving machine, router, spindle, computer, tooling, or other hardware.

A standalone license is intended for customers who need a new Vision software license rather than an upgrade to an existing license. Vision software provides the design, layout, toolpath, and production tools used to prepare jobs for compatible Vision engraving and routing systems.

Which Edition Should You Choose?

Vision Express — Essential Engraving and Design

Express is Vision’s entry-level edition and is the best choice for users who need straightforward design and production tools without advanced workflow features.

It provides tools for:

• Creating text, shapes, and basic layouts
• Adjusting text spacing, alignment, and curved text
• Importing common artwork formats, including DXF, AI, and EPS
• Creating engraving toolpaths
• Sending jobs to compatible Vision systems

Choose Express if: you primarily produce nameplates, tags, awards, plaques, basic signage, and other conventional engraving jobs and want the simplest Vision software environment.

Vision Expert — Expanded Design and Production Control

Expert builds on Express with additional tools for more complex artwork, layouts, and production workflows. Vision specifically identifies Expert as its mid-level edition with AutoCAD and Braille support.

Additional capabilities include:

• Expanded drawing, editing, and node-control tools
• More advanced text shaping, spacing, and multiline layout controls
• Support for a wider range of imported artwork

Pro is Vision’s highest-level edition. It is intended for experienced users, complex applications, and higher-production engraving or routing environments.

Its advanced capabilities include:

• Automation and productivity tools for repetitive production
• Multi-layer and multi-pass output control
• High-precision engraving and routing toolpaths
• 2½D toolpath capability
